良器集團成立於民國78年,於台灣及中國地區共有三個製造廠: 台灣良器、江蘇良品、及東莞良燁。在董事長及總經理的領導下,秉持著＂誠實經營、品質第一、顧客至上＂的經營理念,致力於研發製造高品質、低價格的產品,持續市場領導地位。集團主要銷售對象皆為國際知名大廠,年營業額新台幣15億以上,為亞太地區最專業的塑膠容器設計、生產、銷售廠商。
-良器有限公司於1989年成立，地點坐落於台灣桃園縣龜山工業區，靠近桃園火車站和1、2、3號國道，地理位置十分優越。公司總投資額新台幣3億元，廠房面積16,000平方米。
-江蘇良品塑膠有限公司於2001年3月成立，地點坐落於中國江蘇省昆山市東部經濟開發區，緊靠312國道，地理位置十分優越。公司總投資350萬美元，占地面積7500平方米。
-東莞良燁塑膠有限公司於2006年6月成立，地點坐落於中國廣東省東莞市區，緊靠國道，地理位置十分優越。公司總投資100萬美元，占地面積7,500平方米。
Company Introduction
Pro-Design Group is an international company established in 1989, first in Taiwan and later expanding to two sites in mainland China, Jiangsu Pro-Design Co., Ltd and Dongguan Pro-Design Co., Ltd. Our strength lies in our commitment to quality and customer service in addition to our technology leadership, as shown by our more than 18 patents. Our customers number more than 18,000, with total sales in 2015 over NT$1.5 billion.
Although the company has been operating profitably since inception, we believe there is still room to grow and change in a traditional industry. Our new Vice President has a BS, MS, and PhD from MIT and Stanford University, and was previously a McKinsey Engagement Manager and later Senior Director of Strategy at a >US$3B semiconductor company. In addition, our new Sales Manager graduated from National Chengchi (＂Cheng-Da＂) University, earned her MBA in 1 year at Hult International School of Business and has >5 years of international company experience.

We believe that while experience is often helpful, an inquisitive and open mind is even more important.良器集團為約一萬八千家客戶提供服務,提供各式容量(0.15公升到23公升)之塑膠包裝容器及印刷,年產量超過四千萬桶,廣泛應用於各式行業別(食品,油漆,油墨,塗料,化工,電子材料業..等)。良器集團具有產品自行研發設計能力,擁有18項專利證書,成功代客研發(ODM)各式產品(如桶蓋模內貼之食品專用桶),產品廣銷歐,美,日,澳,韓國,中國,臺灣及東南亞各國,並在臺灣電子油墨罐占九成市場;化工、油漆、潤滑油用塑膠提桶占七成市場。
Major Products / Services
We serve our over 18,000 customers with a variety of plastic containers/pails and printing services, with varying capacities from 0.15 liters to 23 liters. Our annual output is more than 40 million containers, widely used in a variety of other industries (food, paint, ink, coatings, chemicals, electronic materials, etc.). Pro-Design Group has its own product R&D capacity, with 18 patents, as well as a history of successful ODM products based on our customers' needs. Our products are widely sold in Europe, America, Japan, Australia, South Korea, China, Taiwan and Southeast Asian countries.
