摘 要本文主要介紹了 MR141毛刷式鋸齒剝絨機的總體設計、鋸筒部和工作箱部設計。MR141型毛刷式鋸齒剝絨機專為從軋花機排出的棉籽上剝取短絨之用，調整好不同的配車規格，分別可以剝取頭道、二道或三道短絨。而且 MR141型剝絨機在原機的基礎上作了重大改進。MR141 毛刷式鋸齒剝絨機主要由六個部分組成，分別是機架部，工作箱部，鋸筒部，毛刷部，喂籽箱部，自動喂籽機構部。由於本文作者研究課題的原因，本文側重於總體結構和鋸筒與工作箱的設計，部裝結構則主要是對機器的結構分析及主要受力部件的強度校核。工作箱部是喂籽的主要部分，鋸筒部是剝絨工作的主要部分。關鍵詞：剝絨機 工作箱 總體 鋸筒 喂籽Abstract
